Refund & Satisfaction Policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the plating (e.g., peeling, bubbling, or uneven coating) upon receipt, please contact us within [7/14] days of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if a defect in our process is found, we will re-plate the item at no additional cost to you.
2. Custom Services & Labor
Because electroplating is a custom, irreversible service applied to your personal property:

Labor and material costs are non-refundable once the plating process has begun.

If you choose to cancel an order after the item has been received at our facility but before work starts, a full refund (minus return shipping) will be issued.
3. Base Material Liability
We cannot offer refunds or free re-plating for issues arising from the quality of the base metal provided.

Hidden "pitting," "pot metal" impurities, or previous poor-quality repairs can affect the final finish.

While we strive for a mirror finish, we are not responsible for "bleeding" or textures caused by the original substrate.
4. Shipping & Returns

Inspection: Customers must inspect items immediately upon arrival.

Return Shipping: In the event of a verified plating defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns or "change of heart" requests, the customer is responsible for shipping.

Insurance: We highly recommend insuring your items when shipping them to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. How to Initiate a Claim
To start a return or quality inquiry, please email order@elitegoldplating with:

Your Order Number.

High-resolution photos of the area of concern.

A brief description of the issue.
6. Thing That Will Disqualify a Refund

All items must not show any wear, damage, or differentiation from original product.

Any item that has been installed of ANY kind will void a refund
7. Exchanging an Item

Any item can be exchanged if it is unopened for the exact same value or customer pays the difference if exceeds the original amount

All exchanged has to be within the 7/14 day window.
